Every case lists exactly which pen or vial it was designed around, because some models fit one pen type and nothing else. Check the compatibility line on the product page before you add to cart. That line is the whole point of the product.

If your medication isn't listed, or you switched brands and aren't sure, send a photo of what you're storing to the contact page and we can help guide you to the right case. We would much rather answer a question than process a return.

Nothing here is pre-made. Your case starts printing after you order, which usually means it goes out in 3 to 5 business days, then normal carrier transit on top of that.

The Slim line was designed low and narrow specifically for door shelves, because that is where the cardboard box always ends up sliding around. Dimensions are listed on every product page, so measure your shelf once and you'll know.

Warm water and mild soap, air dry. Skip the dishwasher and skip boiling water. Heat is the one thing bioplastic doesn't love, and your dishwasher has plenty of it.

If a case picks up a light white residue from the gluing process, a dry microfiber cloth takes care of most of it. For anything stubborn, use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on a microfiber cloth.

Do not use acetone or nail polish remover. Acetone breaks down the bioplastic and will permanently damage the surface. The same goes for other harsh solvents. Isopropyl alcohol is the strongest thing these need.
